J.DeVine Fine Art

Growing up, Justin DeVine’s interests were not limited exclusively to art, but always also included the natural and social sciences; biology, archaeology, chemistry, and physics, as well as history, psychology, and literary studies (especially concerning various world mythologies) have all helped shape who he is today, and all continue to inform his current artworks. Having taken no formal art classes through his budding years, he came into artistic fruition in his mid-teens at the Monterey-based youth arts collective. He is currently in attendance at the San Jose State University School of Art and Design, majoring in pictorial arts, with aspirations of some day becoming an art teacher himself.

The accusation has been made that he is secretly a fish, disguised as a boy, but that seems unlikely, at best.
